The only additional cost is the empty liquid pods, which you have to replace from time to time. Commissioning the ELFBAR MATE Pod System

Setting up the ELFBAR MATE Pod System is simple and easy to master, even for inexperienced vapers. Nevertheless, there are a few important points to bear in mind so that you can achieve an optimal vaping experience:

Unpack the ELFBAR Mate and an empty cartridge, remove the protective film and charge the battery carrier with the enclosed USB-C charging cable.

Now fill the empty Liquid Pod (capacity 1.6ml) with the e-liquid of your choice.

Now place the filled Liquid Pod on top of the battery carrier of the ELFBAR MATE 500.

Step 4

Wait 5 to 10 minutes so that the coil can be fully saturated with liquid (otherwise the coil may carbonize).

The pod system is now ready and you can draw on the mouthpiece. (Thanks to the automatic draw, the device does not need to be switched on or off).

Which liquids are suitable for the ELFBAR Mate 500?

The Elfbar Mate 500 is designed for MTL (mouth to lung) vaping with a 1.2 ohm vaporizer head. High-dose nicotine salt liquids are best suited for MTL e-cigarettes. We recommend the use of Elfbar liquids, which are known under the name Elfliq. In principle, however, all e-liquids designed for MTL vaping can be used in the Elfbar Mate 500.

ELF BAR P1 | Prefilled Liquid Pods

In fact, there are also pre-filled liquid pods for the Mate 500 Pod System, which are available under the name P1. These work in the same way as the Elfbar Elfa or the Elfbar Lowit. The cartridges are not yet available on the Swiss market in country-specific packaging.

How often to change Mate 500 Liquid Pods?

The liquid pods of the ELFBAR Mate 500 are a consumable item that must be replaced regularly. Depending on your vaping behavior, you can have a pod in operation for between 3 and 14 days. As soon as the vaping experience deteriorates noticeably and at the latest when a slightly burnt taste appears for the first time, you should replace the Liquid Pod immediately. Good to know: Experience has shown that creamy dessert liquids cause the coil to char more quickly than light fruit liquids, for example.
